ZT Group has multiple openings for self-motivated PhDs and Postdocs. Prior experience in the related areas is NOT a must. Particularly, students with experience or strong interest in one of the following areas are highly encouraged to apply:
- Synthesis of polymer nanocomposites
- Organic chemistry, especially conducting polymers and biodegradable polymers
- Experimental characterization (TEM, SEM, etc.) and optical measurements
- Thermoelectric device building and testing
- Atomistic Green’s function
- Molecular dynamics simulations
- Machine learning
- Quantum field theory
- Biological materials, especially enzymes
Undergraduate Research Opportunities
We welcome undergraduate researchers to join our group. Computational programming or hands-on experimental skills are strong plus.
